Positive: The hotel is very nice, but since you asked the quality of the breakfast food is not satisfactory. I ate the breakfast one of the four mornings only.
Negative: Not healthy or fresh breakfast food.
Summary: Great stay, nice hotel with very good service. Skip the breakfast, lower quality Red Roof Inn.

Positive: The room was very nice and clean. Had all the main amenities and we were pretty happy with it. Air conditioner worked well, and that's a big plus as it was still pretty warm out. Mistakenly thought breakfast was included, but I was wrong...but I'm pretty sure that was my error. We could've still purchased the buffet breakfast at the restaurant/cafe downstairs, or ordered off the menu, but the breakfast buffet was $16 and looked like it was going to be just a continental style breakfast, not a full breakfast buffet, so we chose not to, and ate elsewhere. I think breakfast should be included, but that's just my personal opinion. Otherwise the stay was real good.
Negative: We were getting some kind of a slight whiff of cigarette smell every now and again late in the evening. I could tell it wasn't from the bedding or room, itself. They all smelled clean. We later called the desk to make sure we were in a no-smoking room. I told him that the smell was slight and he and I both decided it must've been coming thru the air-conditioning a little bit. The clerk apologized for that. We decided since it wasn't too bad, or happening too often, we could deal with that. Then we also had a problem with the phone in our room. When we called downstairs to the desk, at first the phone wouldn't work...no matter what we tried. Finally, my husband got it to work and then after our call...the phone kept randomly having the speaker button turn on...just out of the blue and then the phone was buzzing. Pushing the speaker button wouldn't turn the buzzing off...and we figured out you had to pick up the phone and hang it up again to get the buzzing to stop and the speaker to go off. This kept happening randomly for over an hour or so. It was late and we didn't want to bother the desk with it at that point, so we finally had to just unplug the phone for the night or else it would've woke us up off and on all night. That was a little annoying. (Rm. 421)
Summary: Nice place, good stay...they just need to take care of a couple of details like the phones, etc.
